Ingredients
- 200 gm Mushrooms washed and chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 3 Green Chilies
- 1 tbsp Yogurt
- 1 Onion chopped

Instructions
Mixing Process:
- Take a kadhai and add three tablespoons of oil
- Add one teaspoon of chili powder
- Add half a teaspoon of garam masala
- Add half a teaspoon of turmeric powder And one and a half teaspoons of salt and mix them thoroughly
- Then add one tablespoon of lemon juice and mix once again.
- Now add chopped onions, green chilies and mushrooms (Washed and chopped) and mix them thoroughly with all the added spices.
Cooking Process:-
- Switch on the stove and keep it on medium flame. Keep the kadhai and close the lid.
- Keep stirring during intervals
- Cook for about 15-20minutes
- Add one tablespoon of yogurt and mix it
- Close the lid for about 5 minutes
Mushroom Fried Rice Preparation
- Switch on the stove and keep it on medium flame keep the pan
- Add three tablespoons of oil
- Then add cashews, and fry until light golden brown
- Then add the mushroom curry and mix it well with the cashew nuts
- Add one tablespoon of ghee (Optional)
- Add the white rice and mix well.
- Add salt if required.
- Mushroom Fried Rice is ready to serve
