Ingredients
  

  • ½ bowl Pumpkin cut into pieces
  • ½ teaspoon Carom seeds
  • ½ teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Chill powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp Chickpeas roasted
  • 1 tbsp Coconut chopped
  • 1 tbsp Thankuni paste
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Whole dry red chilli

Instructions
 

  • I made a paste of Thankuni leaves with adding green chillies and cumin seeds. You can also add garlic.

  • We can add 1 tsp mixed paste in any recipe. I am sharing tender pumpkin recipe with adding Thankuni leaves. If you don't like to make paste you can tear 4 to 5 leaves.

  • Take a pan heat oil, add carom seeds and whole red chilli. Stir for a few seconds. Add pumpkin turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and salt. Mix evenly. Cook for until soft.

  • Then add roasted chana, chopped fresh coconut and thankuni paste. If you don't have thankuni paste you can also add chopped thankuni leaves. Then cook for a minute and serve with any combination.
