Ingredients
  

  • 150 gm pumpkin
  • ¼ cup boiled black chana
  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • ½ chilli powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • ½ tsp panch phoran
  • ½ tsp dried mango powder
  • 1 dried red chilli
  • 1 tbsp mustard oil
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Take a pan add mustard oil. Let the smoke come out add panch phoran dried red chilli.

  • Add pumpkin pieces, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, boiled black chana and salt. Mix evenly then cook in a low flame with cover.

  • After 10 minutes open the lid add dried mango powder. Mix evenly again. Then serve with roti/ chapati/ paratha/ steamed rice or whatever you like.
