Morning meal I sometimes get puzzle what to do for morning meal. Then I thought the recipe which is similar to dosa. But it was not fermented instant recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup urad flour
  • ¼ cup semolina
  • ¼ cup rice flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • Coconut chutney

Instructions
 

  • Make a thin batter with all these ingredients and adding little water. Then oil brush the griddle and spread the batter.

  • Apply coconut chutney then fold and serve with any combination.
