Morning meal
I sometimes get puzzle what to do for morning meal. Then I thought the recipe which is similar to dosa. But it was not fermented instant recipe.

Ingredients
- ¼ cup urad flour
- ¼ cup semolina
- ¼ cup rice flour
- Pinch of salt
- Coconut chutney

Instructions
- Make a thin batter with all these ingredients and adding little water. Then oil brush the griddle and spread the batter.
- Apply coconut chutney then fold and serve with any combination.
