Drumstick Paste
Drumstick tree is a miracle tree. Whole tree is a power packed with medicinal properties. We can benefited from leaves, flowers and sticks. Sometimes when sticks become hard we throw them. But in this Lockdown period there is shortage of vegetables so these should not be misused. I got some drumsticks I thought how to utilise them. Here is the recipe how I used the sticks. Ingredients
- 1 cup drumstick fleshy paste
- 1 capsicum smoked
- 1 tomato smoked
- 1 tsp turmeric raw
- 1 tsp garlic raw
- 1 tsp poppy seeds
- 1 tsp peanuts
- 1 tsp wild celery radhuni seeds
- 1 tbsp mustard oil
- 2 Green Chillies
- 5-6 curry leaves

Instructions
- Cut into pieces and boil the sticks. Burn shimla mirch and tomato. Then peal off the skin.
- Make a paste with adding fleshy drumstick, smoked capsicum, smoked tomato, green chillies, garlic, raw turmeric, poppy seeds, peanuts and curry leaves.
- Take a pan add 1tbsp mustard oil and 1 tsp radhuni seeds. Stir a few seconds then add the paste. Stir continuously to make the paste dry then serve with steamed rice.
