In winter season due to cold we have to face lots of problem. If we follow some homemade remedies we can get relief. We can keep away from doctor. I made this kada with those ingredients which is available in our kitchen. You can use fresh ginger, fresh raw turmeric. But always it is not possible. So we can use dry ginger dry turmeric. This kada can be kept fortnight, just drink a little quantity twice a day.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 litre water
  • 25 gm jaggery
  • 1 tsp carrom seeds ajwan
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 8-10 cloves
  • A handful tulsi leaves

Instructions
 

  • Just boil water with all these ingredients and make a thick licker.
