Millet rice fruit canapés are very tasty and looking good

Ingredients
  

  • Samak rice millets 150gms
  • Butter 50gms
  • Chopped apples 1 medium size
  • slice of banana 1
  • Grapes white and black 1cup
  • Half tsp cumin powder
  • Salt half tsp chilli powder half tsp
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Heat the pan put rice millets fri as 2 min
  • Those fried millets transfer to cooker add 1:4 water cook allow to get 3vissels
  • Take oven moulds apply butter on it put samak rice press as well shape like cup
  • Bake under 180degree @15min..take out
  • Take a bowl put chopped fruits add seasoning on it mix well serve in a bake millet cups
  • Garnish with coriander leaves ready to serve
