Ingredients
 

  • 1 Brinjal whole
  • 1 bowl Curd
  • 1 tsp Carom Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Powder roasted
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Puree homemade
  • 1 tbsp Chaat Masala
  • 1/4 tsp Asafoetida
  • a leaves Curry
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • Oil for shallow fry

Instructions
 

  • Slice the brinjal in round shape then wash and sprinkle with little salt. Shallow fry make them crispy then keep separate.

  • Now take a bowl add all masala roasted coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and tomato puree.

  • Add little water and mix properly keep aside. Heat oil in a pan, put carom seeds, hing and curry leaves. Then add the masala paste. Give a gentle stir to cook the masala. After then put off the flame.
  • Beat the curd, take a serving bowl arrange layer by layer. First add curd then fried brinjal then spread the cooked masal. Again curd, brinjal and masala do this way as many times. Finally sprinkle with chat masala then serve along with any combinati
