Ingredients
- Boiled and mashed potato 1 cup or 2 tbsp
- Grated beetroot 2 tbsp
- Bread slices 8 pieces
- Salt
- Chopped green chili 2 tsp
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp
- Dry mango powder 2 tsp
- Coriander leaves chopped 1tbsp
- Desi ghee 2 tbsp

Instructions
- Mix potato,beetroot,salt,chili,black paper powder,coriander ,dry mango powder together and make a smooth mixture.
- Heat the 1 tsp ghee in a pan and saute the mixture for 5 minutes.
- Spread the mixture on bread slices. apply the ghee on top of the bread and grill in toaster or tava ,
- Serve with sauce or chutney ....
