These rasgullas are homemade paneer balls soaked in sugar syrup no oil no fried

Ingredients
  

  • Cow milk -2cup
  • Buffalo milk -2cup
  • Sugar -1-1/2 cup
  • Water -4-1/2cup
  • Lemon juice 1/4cup

Instructions
 

  • In a pan add cow and buffalo milk together and bring to a boil Switch of the flame and wait for a five min now add lemon juice and keep aside its take half min to curdle when the chenna and water separate out
  • Stain using muslin clothes Place the Muslim clothe with chenna in a bowl of fresh water and wash it two three min
  • Tie it and hang for thirty min
  • Put 4-1/2cup of water in a heavy container add sugar and bring to boil Place the muslin clothes on a flat plate open it and kneed the chenna very well using your palms for five min until the chenna is smooth
  • divide into small portion and roll each portion into small balls
  • Put the chenna into sugar water and cover it for fifteen min now switch off the flame and let it be cool down remove gently into a bowl freeze it and serve chilled

Notes

You can use the rasgullas pieces to make kheer replacing rice with the rasgullas pieces  it’s taste so yummy
