I got this recipe from our own very talented suhan Mahajan. Gheur is very traditional dogri dish from J &k . They make this dish when new members join their family first time like new bride or son in law. It is a very delsih cuisine.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Maida flour
  • Water as required
  • 1/4 cup peas corasly grinded
  • 1/ 4 cup coriander leaves finely chopped
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 teaspoon Carom seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • First take maida and make a runny batter with water . Batter should be runny and mix it well so no lumps will be there . Keep it aside for 30 minutes.
  • Now add corasly grinded peas , coriander leaves, salt and Ajwaine seeds. Mix all ingredients well.
  • Take a pan or kadai , add oil . When oil is getting hot pour batter batter slowly by using hands and pour in this way that we will get a round shape net.

  • Fry only one side . .gheur is ready . Serve hot with curd or potato kari .
