Sweet And Sour Mango Pickles

Ingredients
- Mango cut in cubes 1 kg
- Jaggery 500 gms
- Half dust red chilli powder two tsp
- Roasted Fennel seeds half dust two tsp
- Salt half tsp
Instructions
- Start boiling mango with jaggery.
- When the water will reduce add salt red chilli powder
- At last add half dust fennel powder
- Keep in a container or ready to start eating
