Chatpata oats is a superhealthy oats bowl . Highlight here is the use of apple cider vinegar and coconut sugar recieved as a prize from plattershare . Ingredients
  

  • 4 tbsp oats
  • 1 tbsp nimbu ka achaar
  • 2 capsicum finely chopped
  • 1 to mato finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fine nylon sev
  • For dressing:
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
  • 1 teaspoon coconut sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Dry roast oats in a pan and keep aside.
  • In a bowl toss together apple cider vinegar, salt, chilli flakes and sugar. Keep aside for half an hour.
  • Now in a pan heat oil, add chopped capsicum and cook till it softens.
  • Add chopped tomatoes, oats and dressing prepared. Cook for a minute.Add nimbu ka achaar and nylon sev. Transfer to the serving bowl. Sprinkle a little more sev and nimbu achaar and enjoy.

Notes

  • You can add nuts of your choice.
