Ingredients
- 1 hand full rajma
- 1 hand full black channa
- 1 hand full white chole
- 1 hand full white matar
- 1 hand full green matar
- 1 hand full lobia seeds
- 1 hand full black urad
- 1 hand full green urad
- 1 hand full green moong
- 1 cup onion paste
- 2 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
- 1 cup fresh tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 4 teaspoon coriander powder
- Bay leaves
- Whole red chilli
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
- Roughly chopped green chilli
- Chopped fresh coriander leaves
- Curry leaves
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 25 gms butter

Instructions
- Over night soaked all nine types of grains. Should be boiled with bay leaf turmeric powder and salt.
- Add oil in heated frying pan. Fry whole red chilli and keep aside. Now add onion paste ginger garlic paste stir till brown
- Add cumin powder coriander powder chilli powder and tomato paste. Then boiled dal and cook for five minutes.
- Add garam masala powder and cinnamon powder. Add chopped green chilli fresh coriander leaves.
- For tarka add butter in a small heated frying pan add cumin seeds curry leaves fried red chilli.
Notes
Mix of all grains and dal has good flavour and good taste.
