Chia veggie smoothie is a perfect healthy & power pack breakfast. Along with vegetables it contains super food Chia seeds & coconut sugar as key ingredient. We all are aware of Chia seed's health benefits. It contains Omega-3, dieatary fiber, protein & Anti oxidants. It's vegan source of Omega-3. So just a spoonful of Chia seeds a day is an easy way to support digestive system & satiate your appetite. Coconut sugar is low glycemic & contain nutrients like 16 vital Amino acids, Potassium, Calcium, Magnacium & Zinc. We can use coconut sugar same way & in same ratio of regular cane sugar.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 beetroot
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 carrot
  • 15 spinach leaves
  • 1 " piece of ginger
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 teaspoon black salt

Instructions
 

  • Clean, peel & grate beet root, cucumber & carrot. Clean & chop spinach leaves & ginger.
  • Now in a blender, add grated & chopped vegetables, chia seeds, coconut sugar, lemon juice, black salt & blend it in smoothie form.
  • If needed add plain or coconut water.
  • Serve chilled

Notes

You can add or replace your choice of vegetables.
Also can add some fruits also. 
Using coconut water make smoothie more yummy & healthy.
