Peach Bellini Mocktail

Peach Bellini is originated in Venice , Italy. Bellini is basically a cocktail of peach puree and sparkling wine, but today I am sharing Peach Bellini Mocktail version. In this summer season indulge yourself with an easy frozen Bellini mocktail.

Ingredients
- 1 cup peach slices frozen or fresh
- 1/2 cup apple cider
- 2 teaspoon sugar/sugar substitute
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 cup club soda

Instructions
- In a blender add peach slices, lime juice, apple cider and sugar. Blend it to make puree.
- Refrigerate the peach puree for 1 hour. Pour in to two glasses and add club soda over on it. Enjoy!!
Notes
Add clubsoda before serving, Place serving glass in refrigerator to keep mocktail cool while serving.
