Dates are a good source of various vitamins and minerals. It's also a good source of energy, sugar and fiber. Essential minerals such as a calcium, iron, phosphorus, sodium, potassium, magnesium and zinc can be found in them. There are plenty of good reasons of eating dates. Chewing dates and drinking milk in the morning is a good habit and good for health.
This dessert we can store and give your kids when they feel hungry. These are dried dates, soaked then removed the seeds.

Ingredients
- 20 soaked dates
- 1 cup roasted sesame
- ½ cup roasted broken peanut grated
- ½ cup pure ghee clarified butter
- 2 tbsp regular sugar powder
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg powder

Instructions
- Grind the soaked seedless dates.
- Heat a pan add ghee, dates, roasted peanut, roasted sesame, sugar powder, cinnamon powder and nutmeg powder. Stir continuously until leave the pan.
- When it will non sticky then put off the flame. Wait a few seconds then apply ghee both hand. Now give shape of the dessert cool down for a few minutes. Then serve your kids this healthy recipe.

It can store more than two weeks.
