This recipe is good for kids. They love potato and always in hurry. Here I used all healthy ingredients.

Ingredients
  

  • Big sizes potatoes 2
  • Finely chopped carrot 1/2 cup
  • Finely chopped onion 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper crushed 1/2 tsp
  • Fresh cream 1 tbsp
  • Salt
  • Fresh coriander leaves
  • Dried basil
  • Butter 2 tbsp

Instructions
 

  • Par boil the potatoes and longitudinally cut into two pieces. Then scoop the flesh from center.
  • Take a frying pan add butter saute the scooped potato with little salt and keep aside. Now add chopped garlic and onion. Stir with butter and salt add black pepper and chopped carrot. Stir for a minute.
  • Fill the scooped potato and garnish with fresh cream and fresh coriander.

Notes

Potato should be skinned.
