Green Peas Sweet

We get fresh green peas in winter season. We had a annual picnic with our Lucknow chef group. Each and every member came with delicious homemade recipe. I was told to bring dessert. So I thought such a dessert which is rare and we never get in market. I used green peas, roasted semolina, mawa, cashew nuts, coconut paste, sesame, fresh cream etc.

Ingredients
- 250 gm green peas paste
- 250 gm mawa
- 50 gm semolina
- 100 gm Fresh coconut paste
- 1 cup fresh cream
- 1 cup white sesame
- 1 cup sugar syrup
- 1/2 cup cashew nuts paste
- 1 teaspoon green cardamom powder

Instructions
- Make a smooth paste of green peas.
- Roasted semolina. Added semolina because of binding.
- Take a frying pan add green peas paste. Add fresh coconut paste and cashew nuts paste. Stir continuously.
- Add roasted semolina. Stir continuously.
- Add mawa and mix well. Stir continuously.
- Now add sugar syrup, green cardamom powder and fresh cream. Mixed well, gradually it will reduce. Make a smooth dough.
- Let reduce the heat then give shape with both hands.
- Spread the white sesame in a plate.
- Coat the sweet with white sesame.
- Serve in a plate.
Notes
My dessert was appreciated by my friends. It was attraction of the picnic. I was really happy. Everybody asked the recipe.
