Chicken Cutlets With Bread

What do you do with the leftover bread slices? I use them in making crispy yummy Chicken Cutlets. It results really good and gets over with a finger snap. Chicken Cutlets with bread are very quick and easy recipe, enjoyed by each and all. Try this easy recipe and enjoy them with your friends and family.

Ingredients
- Brown Bread slices
- Minced Cooked boneless Chicken
- Chopped onion
- A tsp of ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon of red chilli powder
- Chopped green chilli
- An egg
- Salt
- Oil for swallow frying

Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients except oil. Scramble the bread slices and mix all together all ingredients nicely.
- Heat a frying pan or tawa with little oil. Take a ball size portion from the mixture and make it slightly flat with hand place them in the tawa.
- Swallow fry them turning both the sides
- Serve them hot with any dips
