Thandai recipe is famous in Rajasthan, Varanasi and Lucknow. People usually do the recipe in Holi festival. That time they add bhang which is harmful for kids. But here I'm sharing the recipe which kids can drink everyday. There is a little secret.
We add different types of nuts. I am telling those mom's who think about their kids how to develop their brains. Take a grinding stone like which we use in puja purpose to make sandal paste. Soak the almond whole night, next morning peel off the skin.
Make a paste of almond rubbing on grinding stone. At last add the paste into the milk. It is very effective for developing memory.
