Ingredients
- 2 packs of biscuits Britannia Vita Marie
- Fresh cream 1/4th cup
- Red grapes 1/2 cup
- Green grapes 1/2 cup
- Cantaloupe cubed 1/2 cup
- Peach slices 1/2 cup
- Plum slices 1/2 cup
- Apple cubes 1/2 cup
- Mango cubes 1/2 cup

Instructions
- Chop up your favourite fruits. You can use seasonal fruits too. Assemble these just before serving else the biscuits will become soggy.
- I used Britannia Vita Marie Gold biscuits because they are thicker and will be easier to work with. They do not become soggy easily.
- Place all the fruits on the biscuits and top with fresh cream as desired. Serve immediately. Chill all the fruits in the refrigerator before making these beautiful looking canapes.
