Ingredients
  

  • 2 packs of biscuits Britannia Vita Marie
  • Fresh cream 1/4th cup
  • Red grapes 1/2 cup
  • Green grapes 1/2 cup
  • Cantaloupe cubed 1/2 cup
  • Peach slices 1/2 cup
  • Plum slices 1/2 cup
  • Apple cubes 1/2 cup
  • Mango cubes 1/2 cup

Instructions
 

  • Chop up your favourite fruits. You can use seasonal fruits too. Assemble these just before serving else the biscuits will become soggy.
  • I used Britannia Vita Marie Gold biscuits because they are thicker and will be easier to work with. They do not become soggy easily.
  • Place all the fruits on the biscuits and top with fresh cream as desired. Serve immediately. Chill all the fruits in the refrigerator before making these beautiful looking canapes.
