Popscile is favorite summer food foe kids . its quite similar to indian "barf ka gola" . I have made bluberry popscile and it is very healthy for kids beacuse i have used real fruit and no artificial color added in this recipe . Blueberries are very nutricious fruit with lots of antioxident in it . you can use any type of berry in this recipe .

Ingredients
- 2 cup blueberries
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoon Sugar
- water as per required

Instructions
- First wash blueberris properly . Now in a blender add blueberries and sugar and process itfor about 2 minutes .
- Now add two cups of water and lemon juice to the berries mix and process it again .
- Now take popsicle mould and pour bluberry juice in each mould and cover it . Keep it into the refrigerator for about 4 hours .
- Take out from refrigerator and unmould it . blueberry popsciles are ready . serve chilled .
Notes
you can use any type of berry like strawberry , cranberry for this recipe .
