  • 1 Carrot chopped
  • 1/2 Tomato peeled and chopped
  • 4 Mint leaves
  • 1/2 Beetroot chopped
  • 3-4 Coriander
  • 1 Ginger small piece, chopped
  • 1 Turmeric small piece, chopped
  • 1/2 Lemon lime juice
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Flax seed powder
  • 1/4 tsp Chia seeds few for topping

Instructions
 

  • Blend all the ingredients together into a smooth consistency with little cold water.
  • Top it with chia seeds and drink along with your breakfast.
