Amaranth Sweet Potato Canapes are very healthy and attractive with the goodness of Sweet Potatoes and Amaranth! Mums can make these and serve with their choice of stuffing. Kids are sure to love these canapes without filling too!

Ingredients
- 1 cup sweet potatoes grated
- 1/2 cup amaranth leaves finely chopped
- 4 tablespoon amaranth flour
- 2 tablespoon gram flour
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- Salt to taste
- Red chili powder to taste

Instructions
- Drain all water from the grated sweet potato.
- In a bowl mix all ingredients to form a dough.
- Apply ghee on muffin tray.
- Make 6 balls of the dough and roll them into circle.
- Put each rolled circle into each muffin cup, pressing against the bottom and along the sides.
- Bake in preheated oven at 200 deg for 20-25 minutes.
- Cool and unmould. Canapes are ready!!
- Fill them with any topping of your choice - devilled eggs, corn, hummus, salad, pizza stuffing, chaat...Hope you all enjoy the baked Amaranth Sweet Potato Canapes!!
