Famous south Indian recipe, crust bread with the mixture in which added semolina, curd, onion, capsicum etc. This uttappa really awesome in taste. My neighbor aunty invited us for lunch n she belongs from kerala so she is superb chef who know the south indian recipes very well, that time she served this bread uttappa to us n we all really liked this bread utappa recipe. I asked her for this recipe n start making whenever we really like to eat this. An old an innovative but new recipe for me. Must try.

Ingredients
- 8 bread slices
- 1 cup curd
- 2 tablespoon semolina sooji
- 1 medium size onion finely chopped
- 2 green chilies chopped
- 2 tablespoon chopped capsicum
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- Salt
- Oil for shallow fry

Instructions
- Mix ingredients ( curd, semolina, salt, green chillies, onion, capsicum and cilantro) keep aside for 10 to 15 mins.
- Cut all the bread slices in round shape with the help of round cookies cutter.
- Heat nonstick pan on gas n add few drops of oil or 1 teaspoon oil u can.
- Apply uttappa mixture on 1 side of bread n keep the same side on heated pan.
- Shallow fry from both sides, repeat this with the other breads.
- Serve this bread utappa hot with coconut chutney n hot cup of tea.
Notes
U can cut the edges of bread n make this bread utappa in also simple way.
