Something that no South Indian can do serve without sambar, rasam n yes chutney. So I made this guava chutney using ripe guava. This Guava chutney recipe is one of the favorite South Indian chutney recipe in India. It is also referred as "Amrood Ki Chutney" in Hindi.
Guava chutney is sweet, spicy and has a pleasant smooth and velvety green texture. Serve this Guava Chutney with ajwain ka paratha or besan ka paratha for a healthy, hearty breakfast, or an evening snack.
