Mango Mint Sorbet is an easy and quick yet mouthwatering recipe. This amazing mango mint Sorbet can be made instantly with just a few ingredients. Ingredients
- 2 large ripe sweet mangoes peeled and cubed
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
- ½ cup sugar
- 8-10 mint leaves

Instructions
- Chop mangoes and put them in a ziploc bag. Freeze them till they are frozen hard.
- Put them in a blender, add in lemon juice, mint and sugar. Grind them till they are pureed, they would be thick and creamy like a icecream.
- Transfer them in a freezer safe bowl or container and freeze for atleast 30-60 mins.
- Scoop and enjoy this yummy frozen dessert.
Notes
This can also be served immediately after blending the frozen mangoes.
