Cassata Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 1 Cake pkt vanilla
- 2 scoops Ice Cream each flavours
- 1/2 Sugar Syrup simple
- 1 cup cashews chopped roasted

Instructions
- Take a 1 litre bowl which is big enough to hold all the ice creams and cake, line it with cling wrap on bottom.
- Assemble all pieces of cake on the bottom and fill the gap also.
- Now wet the cake with sugar syrup, lightly.
- Now take the ice cream one by one and spread over the cake.
- Now sprinkle the top generously with chopped nuts.
- Now cover the whole bowl with cling wrap and put in freezer for 7 hours.
- When it is all set and frozen, invert it over the plate remove the plastic wrap.
- Cut it in slices and serve immediately.
Recipe Notes
Vanilla, strawberry and tutti-frutti is the best combination for this.
