Naga Style Potato Chutney/ Spicy Potato Chutney

Spicy Potato Chutney is a Naga style chutney. This is a very popular and spicy chutney found in every Naga household. A very easy and simple recipe with less than 5 main ingredients. It is prepared using a very hot chilly Known as Raja Mircha/ Naga king chilly. It is known as the world's hottest chilly. A great condiment .

Ingredients
- 3 large Potato
- 2 nos Raja Mircha/ Naga king chilly
- 2 large Tomato
- Salt
- Water as required
- Chopped onions to serve with the chutney optional

Instructions
- Peel the potatoes and roughly chop into big chunks.
- In a pan add the potatoes, tomatoes, Raja Mircha ,water as required and season with salt.
- Cook till the potatoes are cooked well and water is evaporated completely. You can pressure cook them for faster cooking.
- Now in a mortar and pestle mashed all the ingredients finely till smooth.
- Remove and serve them as condiment topped with chopped onion.
Notes
You can add chopped coriander leaves too.
