Potato lollipop is an easy evening snack that you can instantly prepare and give to your kids when they are back from school. This is an easy finger food recipe for kids and toddlers made with boiled potato, onion and semolina.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 potatoes boil peel and mash
  • 1/4 cup semolina sooji, rawa
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1 finely chopped green chili
  • Salt
  • Oil for deep fry

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients well (potatoes, semolina, onion, green chili and salt. Keep aside for 10minutes.
  • Heat oil in kadhai, meanwhile grease your palm, take amla size portion from mixture and make balls.
  • Deep fry potato balls in heated oil till it turn brown in color. Transfer it on absorbing paper. Let it cool for 5 minutes. Now insert lollipop sticks or snack pickers into each lollipop. Serve this with tomato ketchup.
