Ingredients
- 8 - 10 Malabar leaves
- 1/4 cup gram flour
- 1/4 cup rice flour
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried mango powder
- Salt
- A few tooth pick
- Oil for shallow fry
- 1 cup prepared fillings

Instructions
- You can see the Malabar spinach grown in my garden and how fresh it is.
- Going to plug the fresh leaves.
- See the size of the leaf.
- Wash the leaves and strain water.
- Make a semi consistent batter with adding gram flour, rice flour, salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, one tsp oil and mango powder.
- Take each leaf stuff with one tbsp prepared fillings.
- Fold three edges prick with tooth pick so the fillings will not come out.
- Do the same process with every leaf then dip into the batter and shallow fry. Turn and fry both sides.
- Now it is ready to serve. It can be served as a snacks or with main course.
Notes
Filling is made by mashed potatoes, chpped green chilli, roasted Cummins powder, roasted Corrientes powder, boiled green peas and salt. Make a stir fry.
