Qeema Methi is delicious recipe roughly mince mutton cooked with fresh fenugreek leaves and flavourful spices.

Ingredients
- 250 gm roughly mince mutton
- 2 bunch fenugreek leaves
- 6 garlic pods finely chopped
- 5 less spicy green chilies finely chopped
- Salt
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 4 tablespoon oil

- Take mutton mince, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder and 2 cups water in pressure cooker. Pressure cook it on 3 whistles. Switch off the flame and wait till air release from pressure cooker.
- Heat oil in wok, add garlic n cook for 30seconds on medium flame till it turn into golden brown.
- Add green chilies n cook for 15seconds on low flame.
- Add cooked mutton pieces in it and saute for minute on low flame.
- Add fenugreek leaves, mix it well. Cook for 2 to 3minutes on high flame. When fenugreek leaves get half add salt to taste and mix it well. Cover the lid and cook till it done.
