Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup rice flour
  • ¼ cup gram flour
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • ½ cup fenugreek leaves
  • 2 piece Green Chillies
  • 1 tsp ajwain
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 2 cup oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Firstly remove the thick vine in the spinach and fenugreek.
  • Wash the green leaves.

  • Now boil adding little salt, pinch of baking powder to retain the green color.

  • Blend the puree and let it cool.
  • In a bowl add both flours, sesame seeds, salt, oil, puree mix them.

  • Make the dough and keep it aside.

  • Grease the chakli mould and put the dough into it.
  • Make chaklies and keep them on a greased sheet.

  • Heat the oil in a wok and fry them on medium heat turning the side until crisp.

  • Remove them on an absorbent paper.
  • Allow them to cool before putting them in an airtight container.
  • Enjoy them with tea or coffee.
