Instructions
Preparation
Cut the avocado into two halves
Remove the seed from the centre
Take out the green part with the spoon
Wash and Grate the 2 Carrots
Wash the cucumber, Cut it into two equal halves and Chop it into small pieces.
Mixing all the ingredients
In a bowl mash the avocado,
Add Two Tablespoons of Yogurt
Add Grated Carrot and Pieces of cucumber.
Add One Teaspoon of Salt
Add Half a Teaspoon of Black Pepper
Mix them for about 5 Minutes
Serve it immediately when freshly prepared it tastes amazing.
