Mix Yellow corn flour along with Bansi rava, Turmeric powder, Curd, Salt, Sugar and Olive oil in a large pan. Add water little by little, mix well and prepare batter without any lumps.
The consistency batter should not be too thick or too thin. Grease a wide pan with oil and keep aside.
Add eno to the corn flour batter and mix well. ( Mix eno only at the time you are going to steam ). Pour the batter to the greased pan and steam it for 25 - 30 mins in a medium flame or till the skewer comes clean.
Once done, remove from the flame, cool it for 5 to 10 minutes and then invert to a plate. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Once it starts spluttering, add finely chopped green chilies followed by curry leaves, water, salt and sugar.
Add the lemon juice and let it boil. Pour seasoning / tadka water on the dhoklas and serve. Serve with Mint curd chutney.
