Instructions
Switch on the stove, keep it on medium flame and keep the pan
Add one small cube of butter and one tablespoon of ghee
Add Half a teaspoon of mustard seeds and Jeera(Cumin Seeds)
Add Half a teaspoon of Urad Dal(Black Gram )
Add Half a teaspoon of Channa Dal (Chickpeas Lentils) and 4 green chilies fry for sometime
Add the chopped onions and cashew nuts - Fry for sometime
Add One Teaspoon of Salt and Turmeric Powder and Mix Thoroughly
Add One Tablespoon of curry leaves powder and Saute for Two Minutes
Add steamed carrots and beans and mix them thoroughly
Then Add the cooked White Rice
Mix it thoroughly
South Indian Style Vegetable Fried Rice with Dal is Ready to Serve

Parallel Process
In an electric rice cooker cook one cup of rice and steam the vegetables.
