Instructions
Washing and Cutting
Wash and dry the Tindora/Dondakaya
Chop The Dondakaya(Size optional)
Preparation
Take a pan Add the chopped Tindora /Dondakaya
Add One Teaspoon of Salt
Add Half a Teaspoon of Turmeric Powder
Mix the thoroughly
Then Add Three Tablespoons of Oil and Mix it until the spices and oil are evenly spread.
Cooking
Switch on the stove and keep it on medium flame, then Keep the pan.
Keep Stirring during regular intervals
When it is almost cooked, add curry leaves /chutney powder for a nice flavour and Stir it for about 5 minutes
Then Switch off the stove.
Dondakaya Fry is ready to serve
