Patrani machhi. Baked on banana leaves. Easy to prepare this tasty recipe. Marinate and cover with fried masala. Each fish for each person. I am cooking 2 fish.
Wash and marinate the fish with salt, lemon, turmeric powder and chilli powder. Keep for 10 minutes.
Now bake on banana leaves on normal pan with low flame. Bake for 10 minutes.
In other side take a pan add oil, then onion paste, chopped ginger stir continuously. Now add grated coconut, tomato paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt.
Again stir continuously add curry leaves and chopped chillies. Masala is ready to cover the baked fish.
Now cover the fish with cooked masala and again bake for another 05 minutes.
After then you can see the fish cooked on leaves. Serve with steam rice, dal and other recipe.
