Make a thick batter with adding wheat flour, mango puree, semolina, flaxseed, grated coconut, sesame seeds, fresh cream, pinch of salt and cardamom powder.
Whisk together to make a fluffy batter. Heat aappam maker apply ghee on the surface to make greasy. Then put the batter on every cavity.
Sprinkle little dry fruits then bake for 10 minutes. After then remove the lid and see how fluffy they are.
Now ready to serve or pack for tiffin. It can be served as a snack or dessert.

Made the aappam with ripe mango puree. I have not added any extra sweet, mango puree has natural sweetness.
