Instructions
Adraki chaas! aka ginger butter milk. Awesome in taste, good for tummy.
Take curd, add water, shredded ginger, salt, chaas masala and crushed roasted cumin seeds and blend it.
Keep it in fridge for 1 hr before serving. Have after lunch or dinner. Helps in digestion / gas / acidity
