Very famous in gujrati state is buttermilk. After every meal they have chaas aka buttermilk. There are many styles and methods to make it of your choice. Here is my style and favourite.

Ingredients
- 1 cup curd
- 1/4 ginger shredded
- 3 teaspoon masala chaas masala
- Salt as per taste
- 2-3 glass water
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seed roasted, crushed

Instructions
- Adraki chaas! aka ginger butter milk. Awesome in taste, good for tummy.
- Take curd, add water, shredded ginger, salt, chaas masala and crushed roasted cumin seeds and blend it.
- Keep it in fridge for 1 hr before serving. Have after lunch or dinner. Helps in digestion / gas / acidity
