Ingredients

Palak
methi, mint, coriander .... 1 cup (chopped finely)
Wheat flour ................ 2 -3 cups
Green chillies .... 2-3
finely chipped
Grated ginger .... 1 tbsp
Coriander powder .. 1/4 tsp
Cumin powder ..... 1/4 tsp
Mango / amchoor powder .. 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder ... 1/4 tsp
Kummel seeds or ajwain ... 1 tsp
Salt
Oil / ghee
Instructions
Add all the ingredients in the wheat flour and 1 tbsps of oil. Add salt to taste.
Knead into a soft dough adding enough water (you can add yogurt if you wish)
Roll out rotis.
Roast
them on a griddle, spooning a little ghee or oil to make them crisp. Serve hot with any pickle, yogurt or any side dish .. whatever you prefer.
