About White Chocolate Brownies
These white chocolate brownies are totally healthy as I've used pearl millet and whole wheat flours. You could try using equal parts of both, or only wheat flour to make the texture less crumbly. I have used brown chocolate curls as topping for more appeal and taste.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup White chocolate (chunks)
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1/4 cup Oil
- 3/4 cup Bajra (pearl millet flour)
- 1/4 cup Whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla essence
- 1/4 cup Dark chocolate (shavings)

Instructions
- Grease and line a square cake tin.
- Melt the white chocolate and butter by double boil method.
- Add oil, vanilla essence, and sugar to this, and mix well.
- Now, separately whisk the eggs lightly.
- Add them to the wet mixture.
- In a bowl, sieve together the bajra flour, wholewheat flour, salt and baking powder.
- Preheat the oven to 170 degree centigrade.
- Add the flour mixture slowly to the wet ingredients, mixing in between, until well combined.
- Now pour the batter to the prepared tin and tap lightly against the counter.
- Sprinkle the dark chocolate shavings on the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- 12. Allow to cool, slice and enjoy the chocolaty bites.
