Ingredients & Quantity
  • poha/pressed rice 2 cup
  • chopped carrot 1/2 cup
  • green peas 1/2 cup
  • corn kennels 1/2 cup
  • salt to taste
  • green chili 3 no chopped
  • onion chopped 1 tbsp
  • curry leaves 8 to 10
  • mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • turmeric powder 1tbsp
  • sugar 1 tbsp
  • oil 1 tbsp
How to cook?
  1. wash the poha mix salt,turmeric and sugar the keep aside for 1 hour .
  2. heat the oil in a pan pop mustard seeds add curry leaves then add green chili,carrot,peas,corn add salt to taste cover and cook.
  3. now add soaked poha keep stirning while cooking
  4. switch off the gas add lemon juice serve hot.
