Handi biryani veg is a favourite of everyone whose a vegetarian . This restaurant style handi biryani is my version of veg handi biryani and delicious sumptuous meal for all ages .

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup cooked plain rice
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 1/2 cup french beans
- 1/2 cup carrots sliced
- Potatoes 1 no
- Green peas 1/4 cup
- Onions 2 nos sliced and deep fried
- 1 cup curd
- cloves 5 in no
- Cinnamon 1 inch
- Black cardamom 1
- Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tbsp
- Cashew nuts for garnish
- Tumeric 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder 1 tsp
- Pudina and dhaniya leaves 1/2 cup
- Milk 1/2 cup

Instructions
- Steam all the vegetables together for 5 minutes and keep aside . After it cools down to it add curd ginger garlic paste tumeric red chilli powder and dhaniya pudina leaves and all other spices ( khada masalas ) . mix well
- To the cooked white rice very carefully add the vegetables mixture so that the rice doesn't break .
- Take a thick bottomed pan add ghee and the rice mixture add a little milk and on low flame cover and cook for 5 to 7 minutes
- Serve hot garnish with fried onions and fried cashew nuts
Notes
Use basmati rice instead of the regular rice
Can add vegetables of choice
