Watermelons are mostly 92 percent water but this refreshing fruit is soaked with nutrients. Each juicy bite has significant levels of vitamins A, B6 and C, lots of lycopene, antioxidants and amino acids. There's even a modest amount of potassium. I like seasonal fruits because of freshness. I used to make candy and juice and kept in my fridge.

Ingredients
- Watermelon 1 kg
- Black salt 1/2 tsp
- Roasted cumin seeds powder 1 tsp

Instructions
- Squeeze the watermelon, then take a mixing bowl. Add watermelon juice, lemon juice, black salt, roasted cumin powder and watermelon ice cubes.
- Mix well and pour into glass, garnish with lemon wedge and serve cool.
Notes
I used to make ice cubes with watermelon juice for this beverage so it will ready to serve cool. Also saving time.
