Prawn Cocktail also is known as Shrimp Cocktail is cooked prawns in cocktail sauce is a treat for cocktail lovers and prawan eaters.

Ingredients
- Iceberg lettuce washed, shredded 01 no.
- Prawns peeled, deveined, cooked 220 gm.
- Cocktail sauce
- Tomato sauce 60 ml
- Thin cream 60 ml
- Lemon juice ½ tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp.
- Tabasco pepper sauce red 1/4th tsp
- Salt
- Black pepper freshly ground to taste
- For the garnish
- 08 prawns deveined cooked with shell

Instructions
- Combine the tomato sauce, cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco in a small glass bowl, to make the cocktail sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place the lettuce in 04 serving glasses. Top with the prawns and drizzle with the cocktail sauce. Serve immediately.
