Say Bye Bye to boring Sandwiches and let me introduce this power-pack meal for your loved ones. This is my award winning dish which I presented on Kitchen Superstar of Amritsar. This sandwich was a center of attraction because it looks so tempting and taste amazing. The whole of the crowd cheered for me while I was doing the platting. Although, the best reward was for me when my fellow contestants have told me that I am making a winning dish. As expected my plate was the best plated dish of the season. Ingredients
- 6 Bread slices
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Carrot julienne
- 1/2 cup Cucumber sliced
- 1/2 cup sweet corn
- 1 tomato slices
- 1/2 cup lettuce
- 1 teaspoon tabasco sauce
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to sprinkle
- 1 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard
- 2 teaspoon Cheese spread

Instructions
- Take 6 bread slices and cut the clean edges of it. For the filling- Put some carrot, cucumber, sweet corn in a bowl. Add Mayonnaise, Ketchup, mustard sauce, sweet chili sauce and mix them well.
- Spread the cling sheet on a cutting board , now dap some water on the bread slices to make them a bit moist and place them onto the cling sheet and flatten it like a sheet by adjoining all the bread slices together.
- Now put some cheese spread and generous amount of filling mixture or coleslaw onto the bread. Place some very thin slices of cucumber, some lettuce. Lastly, Roll it tight with the help of cling film.
- put it in the fridge to lock the shape like a Swiss roll. After a while. Cut them into thick slices as desired and serve it with spicy mayo dip
For spicy mayo dip
- Take 2-3 tsp mayonnaise, 1/2 tsp tabasco sauce in a bowl , also sprinkle some chili fakes and mix it well. Serve chilled
Notes
- This Sandwich can be assembled with any Bread of your choice (White, Brown, Seeded etc.)
