Peanut & Banana Chocolate Flapjacks

Chewy flapjacks are always known for its nutritional value. It can be a wholesome snack or even a breakfast option along with milk. This chocolate flapjack is rich in protein and the sweetness comes from the natural sweeteners(banana, berries and blackcurrants).

Ingredients
- 2 medium sized well ripe bananas
- ¼ cup + 1/8 cup milk
- 1 cup quick cooking oats
- ¼ cup mixed berries
- 1/8 cup + 1 tbsp blackcurrants
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 ½ tbsp flax seed powder
- 1 1/2 tablespoon roasted peanuts
- 1 tablespoon desiccated coconut
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- optional - 1 tbsp honey 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips

Instructions
- Mix oats, cocoa powder, desiccated coconut and flax seed powder in a bowl
- Mash bananas well and add milk, honey(optional) and give it a mix.
- Add peanut butter, oats mixture to the banana mixture.
- Mix well and stir in the mixed berries, blackcurrants and peanuts & Choco chips
- Preheat oven @190c. Align a baking sheet on a baking tray and fill the mixture. Press and flatten the mixture
- Bake for 30 – 35 mins@ 190c. Allow it to cool and slice. Store in an airtight container
